Ediz Hook

I was waiting for a rainbow on Ediz Hook tonight but I apparently had just missed it. The sun went behind the clouds right when i turned onto the hook. Still got some good shots of Port Angeles though!

Right when you leave Port Angeles city limits traveling west there’s a small pull over to the right of Hwy 101 just before you get to the first Olympic National Park entrance. This scenic view spot is pretty amazing, I stop at it every-single-time I leave town.

Driving out to Ediz Hook gives a pretty awesome view of the Olympic Mountain Range and the City of Port Angeles.  Not the greatest sunset panoramic but it was a pretty night for sure!

 

Spectacular Port Angeles Sunset!

I walked out onto my balcony tonight at 5:55pm and caught the tail end of a spectacular sunset! I should really start setting up in different locations for sunsets 🙂

Tonight’s Port Angeles Sunset of the Olympic National Park mountains was a Gorgeous one!

 

I worked on the ferry last week from Port Townsend to Coupeville

My last photograph of Grand Canyon National Park….For now :)

I spent 4 years taking photos in the Grand Canyon and barely had anytime to take any before I gave my two weeks notice. I went to the general store and thankfully had my camera on me when i detoured to the rim to get some last final shots.The canyon was fogged in, but the wind blew through and cleared it up for a few minutes before fogging back up again. It was a nice solitude moment with the grand canyon before I said my goodbye.

I’ve currently moved onto Port Angeles, Washington to take photos of Olympic National Park.. well as soon as they re-open the gates lol.

What happens when there are monsoon storms over Phoenix. You wait in a long line of airplanes taking off either every 7 miles apart or 7 minutes apart.

A rainbow for us, a good sign i would say. Neither of us had flown in forever!
